*** Elks Camp Barrett... is a State Major Project of the 37 Elks' Lodges in Maryland, Delaware and District of Columbia that comprise the MD-DE-DC Elks Association. The purpose of the Elks Camp Barrett's camping program is to provide experiences for the camper such as group living in outdoor surroundings, recreational oriented activities that emphasize physical, mental, social, and emotional growth. Further the camp offers opportunities for character development, development of self worth, self improvement and the experience of working with and helping others.
